1 note &
All you need is love
It’s hot in Montreal and I’ve managed to cook up a little DIY art project that I wanted to share! It’s easy peasy, and is easily accomplished in front of the TV, oh and it’s cheap! How could you ask for more!

The things you’ll need :
- 1 wood canvas (available at any craft store)
- paint (or you could leave it the natural wood)
- embroidery thread
- a template
- a drill!
I drew up this little template on CAD, because I figured it would be easier than trying to map out on the wood where to drill. You can either download the template I made, or you can try making your own with tracing paper, just remember not to place your holes too close together so the wood doesn’t split. (somewhere in there there is a ‘that’s what she said’ joke….but let’s keep it clean)

After painting the canvas and letting it dry, you want to stick the template on with removable tape so as to not damage the paint.
